Shipping Policy

Please give us a few more days than usual in the production process to complete your order because it takes a little longer to perfect a one-of-a-kind item just for you. We’re working hard to deliver your order as soon as possible, while caring for the health and safety of everyone. To estimate when you can expect your order, please refer to the time frame below:

Production Time: All orders are processed within 2 - 5 working days.

Shipping Time: You will receive your order from:

4 – 6 working days

(after production is complete not from Order place Date)

International Shipping: International shipping prices vary by territory. See shipping choices by carrier in check-out. International orders do not include duties or taxes. Fees will be due upon receipt.

Returns: We want you to be happy. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it for a refund, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery.

Tracking Number: When available, we will send you a tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online.

Insurance: Commit to refund 100% if not received after 45 days.

Notice: Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately. There are no additional charges for this. In some cases, we will contact you via email to confirm order quantity or credit card fraud investigation before producing.
