Refund policy

If you change your mind about your purchase, please send us an email to contact@printamemory.com, provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

- Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within the first 24 hours after placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled or modified.

- Please be informed that:

    • We are not guaranteed to deliver your order in a timely manner if your order needs design modification as it will take us much longer to modify your design as your request.
    • Personalized orders will be locked for processing right after the order is complete so it is impossible to make any adjustments (including shipping details). Please double-check all details before you check out.

NOTE: Please keep in mind that purchasing means accepting all the terms mentioned above.

Replacements and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you have received a defective or wrong item, please reach us directly via our chat option and we will make it right by offering you a replacement or refund.

In case of defective or damaged goods, you don't even have to return your package. We will send a replacement to you (No extra fee).

Our replacement and refund policy lasts 30 days since your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

How Do I Change Or Cancel My Order?

In case, you want to modify or cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours since your purchase.

Please provide us with an order number and the adjustment that you would like to make. We’ll review and send a confirmation once the changes have been made.

When will I receive my refund?

When you make a qualifying refund, we will credit the full amount, and you will typically receive your refund in approximately 2-3 business days.

Any refunds will be applied to the same account, and using the same method of payment, used to place the order. 

Insurance

We will provide you with a full refund if you don’t receive your order after 45 days since the purchase.
